visual studio 2010 - Not able to create Win32 console application -

i try create new project, click, chose name, , when dialog box opens with:

a.finish b.cancel 

buttons, doesn't let me click, below on bottom of ide can see "creating project" can't click on close, when close, there's no project, because click "finish". what's wrong ide?

i use visual c++ express edition 2010.

i've been able create projects before, tried restarting, re-installing, it's not working.
