navbar - ZURB Foundation 4.2.3 - Compass - top-bar doesn't work -

i downloaded template , 1 one downloaded foundation.css, normalize.css , custom.modernizr,js

the top bar seems work fine.

i ran updates on zurb-foundation , compass gems , created new compass project.

now when take working template , move fresh compass project, update paths , change linked stylesheet foundation.css app.css, dropdowns no longer work on expanded top-bar.

i have made no edits scss or css code. edit changing link foundation.css app.css. these should same right?

my workaround include both foundation.css , app.css, seems lot of unnecessary duplication - , it's making difficult tweak styling.

your should use right markup or js won't work.

look @ docs http://foundation.zurb.com/docs/components/top-bar.html , use sample markup test if works.

the template showed uses valid markup top bar.
