i've created date in js so:
var mydate = new date('2013-01-01 00:00:00');
i assume js reads in utc time. when mydate.gettime() timestamp returned 4am gmt time.
why this? , how date midnight in utc time?
at least in chrome, works:
var mydate = new date('2013-01-01 00:00:00 utc');
it works if put gmt
instead of utc
. don't know if cross-browser enough.
