certificate - Updating iOS Team Provisioning Profile in Member Center -

i had register device through member center instead of using xcode, , i've read in app distribution guide that:

changes make team assets using member center don’t automatically update team provisioning profile.

i'm trying find way update certificates , devices in ios team provisioning profile, don´t , apple's docs describes process using xcode, how this?

as of xcode 4.6.3 , dev center rebuild, still possible these xcode-managed profiles updated xcode. annoyingly, way kick off process connect device , use 'add portal' button.

i have reason believe list of 'connected devices' originates database file living in ~/library/developer/xcode/, i've not spent enough time file determine how adjust list other devices such have 'add portal' button click!
