i seem stuck in dark alley no 1 around , no signboards either. i'm trying create simple facebook mobile app install ad . . . , seem stuck on 1st step since many hours. cannot upload banner image.
the image 600x360, exact specification facebook wants.
i've tried both png , jpg
i no error message, says 'uploading' few seconds , it's if nothing ever happened , image not uploaded.
i've checked browser versions, flash versions.
tried chrome, firefox , safari.
tried on mac , on windows.
nothing. shuts , doesn't accept image.
called toll free number given on facebook's ad setup page, says "call free ad setup" . . . girl picked refused transfer phone call tech until commit daily ad budget her.
i try tell have not decided yet , trying see preview of how ad look, can decide on budget after checking ad, selecting target , regions.
but no, says, it's 'policy' transfer call techs if budget above level . . . , wanna see damn ad preview.
looks wrong facebook's server since won't accept image uplaod oss, browsers, don't see else talking must me.
it's creeping me out supernatural superstitions myself , if else has experienced this, please tell me have . . . don't freak out paranormal curse has been cast on me or something.
it's creepy , don't know what's reason.

go ad manager , use power editor tool. in there able upload photo whereas before not.
