iphone - Submitting App when in app purchases are "Waiting for review" state -

i have ipad 4 in app purchases. have submitted app first time , got rejected saying "in app purchases not submitted".

after seeing message submitted in app purchases , awaited binary.

now binary ready in app purchases in "waiting review" state.
