Crystal for Visual Studio upgrade not updating web.config or references -

i have vs2010 , vs2012 installed cr vs 13.0.2. good, have same application i'm opening on both vs2010 , vs2012 (busy migration 2010 2012).

i have updated cr vs 13.0.2 13.0.6. problem i'm facing, files in crystal folder (c:\program files (x86)\sap businessobjects\crystal reports .net framework 4.0\common\sap businessobjects enterprise xi 4.0\win32_x86\dotnet) have been upgraded 13.0.2 13.0.6 can see if right click, properties, details each file.

i open vs2010/2012 , in there, web.config file isn't being updated , if @ properties of references cr it's still showing 13.0.2. also, if file references (by right clicking references, add reference), can see exact files 13.0.6, still being listed 13.0.2.

previously, whenever moved 1 vs next (2005 -> 2008 -> 2010) , upgraded crystal, upgrade files automatically except way in 2005 days lot of had fixed hand, i'm thinking might effect.

i've tried uninstalling cr vs , reinstalling it, it's not doing anything. assistance appreciated.

ok, "think" might have resolved that's happening. posting answers in case helps else.

i've been going @ as possible on last few days , keep coming same conclusion. i've updated test server see , same.

once run cr vs or runtime depending on if pc dev pc or hosting server, shows files on file system overwritten new files , assemblies stills shows actual versions 13.0.2000.0 , think 2000 not same version 13.0.2.x vs 13.0.6.x going leave things latest 13.0.6.x runtime because in ide's, shows version 13.0.2000.0 file version 13.0.6.1027 i'm sure that's right.

if else has info regarding this, please feel free offer better explanation can come with, reports running , "seems" fine now.
