i use this javascript time range script, adapted half hours , day hours (00:00,...,23:00,23:30). done using same javascript, html big , timetable wide.
how simpler? jquery? (some code needed, not answer)
the idea use script select working hours of company , submit them through form. needs possibility use (at least) half hours , not wide (draggable?). should able select time range every day, , original script, should able select different periods of time each day (8:00 14:00, 16:00 20:00,...).
i think it's not complicated adapt expert people here , it's useful lot of people.
