aside java applet, there anyway can read udp socket? know websockets tcp sockets, need communicate server via udp sockets, in html5, or @ all? have looked @ post from: 2 years ago , 1 again two years ago no udp. wondering if there new way in 2013 use browser communicate server via udp socket?
what looking can't done in javascript due security constraints such distributed denial of service (ddos) attacks. closest technology available (that know of) client-side js webrtc.
with webrtc can use datachannels on srtp , ice possible solution.
