paypal ipn request callback pending status.
in workflow save order after pass checking steps as: business email, mc_gross... , status must "completed".
so when receive request paypal pending status, system not save order database.
my question paypal send request after order status change completed ?
yes, when pending transaction updates completed (or failed, or whatever) additional ipn updated details.
