i having trouble notepad++ on windows 7, 64-bit machine. have downloaded xml tools plugin cannot run.
i downloaded .7z extensions 64-bit folder: 28/may/2013 14:22 669 kb iconv-1.14-win32-x86_64.7z

28/may/2013 14:55 1.0 mb libxslt-1.1.28-win32-x86_64.7z

28/may/2013 14:23 129 kb zlib-1.2.8-win32-x86_64.7z
i unzipped them , turn folders. put folders under new folder ext_libs, , placed in c:\program files (x86)\notepad++. copied c:\windows\system32, suggested user. yet when open notepad++, see under plugins -> xml tools "how use."
there other features of xml tools use rather textfx. prefer not have run notepad++ admin work.
are these not right files use? should go?
you have 32-bit notepad++, downloaded x86_64 extensions. need either install 64-bit notepad++, or install 32-bit xml tools. (app , libraries' bitness needs match)
