i started playing html5 <progress> element use on project. noticed element's animation jittery, while animating jquery (fading, example), bar's animation super smooth. have idea why that's happening?
just in case comes this, html5 progress bars' appearance fluctuates depending on os/ browser use. if me, on ubuntu machine chrome, you'll find default progress animations have skitter them. somehow jquery animation allows render smoothly.
why done way on ubuntu/ chrome don't know.
