android - How to make pull to refresh in phonegap without using jquery mobile -

i making pull refresh listview in phonegap project. no want use jquery mobile. please suggest me how can achieve goal.

use iscroll. supports pull-to-refresh dynamic loading of content , not dependent on jquery mobile.
