i trying design circuit when voltage across capacitance charged ~15v, allow current , when falls 4.5v, switch turn off , no current allowed flow until capacitor charged again. there no external power supply (the capacitor power supply design.) have recommendations? scr diode appropriate here, , able such wide hysteresis value (~10v)? wanted schmitt trigger seems need constant power supply this.
