java - Tapestry 5.3.6 select component disappears while dragging the scroll bar in IE -

i've got text field autocomplete mixin showing list of movies when @ least 3 letters typed in. there lot of movies, select shows scroll bar well. in chrome or ff, able scroll down mouse wheel or grab scroll bar , drag down or up. however, in ie 10, if drag scroll bar, whole select disappear. has come across issue?

note: select has been modified in order change styling, position , able submit chosen value in ajax.

i guess question duplicate of following one: scriptaculous autocomplete list closes on scroll bar click consider question irrelevant then.
