sql server 2008 r2 - Reporting services instance properties disabled -

i trying access reporting server properties in ssms. link seems disabled , cant change properties in there. have attached screenshot. have idea why disabled.

i check user running ssms above has report server system administrator role.

check in report manager under site settings -> security.

the other thing note default builtin\administrators group has role. if have uac enabled can cause issues; if think in group have make sure you're loading ssms run administrator prevent uac restrictions.
