Extracting addresses from Word in automator -

i trying use automator create print plugin print microsoft word letter , extract mailing address document , run keyboard maestro command exports address postage program, endicia, , prints envelope.

the problem have letterhead @ top has address in it, , need skip , find mailing address after date in letter.

is there easy way in automator?

i suggest instead of using automator print plugin use applescript typing in script in application: /applications/utilities/applescript editor.app

automator works best when there automator action gives pretty need. think print plugin might move pdf file, or rename it, or attach email , send out, don't know how content of pdf document , extract data need.

you check , see automator actions word provides, don't believe automator workflow saved print plugin right tool job since workflow receive pdf file input believe make harder extract address extract address word document.

using applescript, should able first extract address need word document , print word document using applescript.

it have copy of word document. email me if , more.
