i have custom ckeditor plugin selecting various app specific links insert rich text box.
it makes use of addrichcombo define menu , items.
is there way in ckeditor specify icon appear in toolbar instead of label text of richcombo dropdown toolbar item ?
no. ckeditor api doesn't provide such feature unless implement ;-) toolbar buttons can have drop-down menus icon, i.e.:
