asp.net mvc - How to associate a single image with a content type in Orchard -

this may dumb question, partly posterity's sake, want ask it. sure others learning how use orchard first time wonder well.

i want create content type (preferably within cms itself) has single image 1 of content parts. goal present users creating new instance of content type field includes single image upload featured image content type. make sense?

there 2 fields can add content type this:

image field http://gallery.orchardproject.net/list/modules/orchard.module.contrib.imagefield

or

media picker field (included in orchard 1.6)
