geolocation - Python and geotags -

i trying accomplish 2 things: first task simpler second, 1. have geotag coordinate , bounding box: (two pairs of coordinates: southwest point of bounding box , northeast of bounding box). there tool can tell me whether coordinate located inside bounding box? 2. trying accomplish same thing #1 except instead of checking if coordinate inside bounding box, attempting see if polygon (four pairs of coordinates) inside bounding box.
